TRYOUT INFORMATION
The Fayetteville Soccer Club (FSC), a member of the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), is pleased to announce the tryouts for girls and boys Classic, Challenge, and player assessments for the Youth Academy Teams for the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 season.
DATES:

In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by 3pm, please check the website as first choice or you may call the FSC weather hotline (910) 482-4313 ext. 16 for further instructions. If bad weather occurs during tryouts, a decision will be made at the fields by the FSC Director of Coaching and his Staff.

Jordan Soccer Complex (445 Treetop Drive Fayetteville)
TIME:
5:30pm-7:30pm (Check-In begins at 5:00pm)
COST:
$20/player ($30 after May 7th)

Tryout jersey (all players will be given a tryout jersey. This must be worn on both days of tryouts).

Copy of birth certificate and payment if it has not been sent to the club

To be selected for a FSC team, you must attend the open, annual tryouts. Players are expected to attend both nights of tryouts. Any player who cannot attend a session must communicate this directly to the Director of Coaching (DOC) at check in. Such players may be required to attend either a different or supplemental session at the discretion of the DOC or age group coach.

The one time fee of $20 ($30 after May 7th) is non-refundable. Online registration is now open. Late/Walk up registrations will be accepted on the first day of your child's tryouts at a fee of $30. Please be aware that late registrants may face a delay in taking the field for tryouts. For this reason, we strongly encourage registering on time online.

All registrants will be required to provide a copy of their birth certificate prior to tryouts. If you are playing on a current FSC travel team, your birth certificate is on file with FSC and you do not need to provide an additional copy.

It is the goal of FSC to place as many players as possible on travel soccer teams. Players selected for a team will be notified by Monday, May 31st of their selection. Players selected will have 24 hours to accept their position with a team. Once the acceptance is made, the player and their family are committed to the team and the FSC for the entire playing year and are expected to fulfill all training, game and financial commitments. Teams will be posted on the Club's website once all selections and teams are finalized.
