Annual General Membership Meeting

The following Board of Director positions are up for election:
President
Secretary
At Large (2 positions)
All positions are for a 2 year term and are volunteer positions. If you are interested in serving in a position, please contact one of the following board members: Marc Petroski (uncgrads@nc.rr.com), Stuart Squires (stusqu@hotmail.com) or Howard Piland (Pilanet@nc.rr.com).
President
- Presides at all Board Meetings and General Meeting
- Serves as the Official Spokesperson/Representative for the Club
- Lead the Officers in the development and execution of Club activities
- Decides on the eligibility of a player or team after consultation with board members
- Represents Club at state meetings
- Completes annual forms for membership renewal
- Collects all suggestions and complaints from membership and presents them to the Board of Directors for review and action
- Liaison between Club and referee assignor
- Responsible for appointing committees
- Responsible for reviewing policies and procedures
- Responsible for initiating investigations involving concerns of an administrative or disciplinary nature.
- Assure appropriate communication to members
Secretary
- Keep accurate minutes of all board meetings and Annual General Meeting
- Conduct necessary correspondence
- Secure rooms for meetings
- Inform members of meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Update bylaws and policies and procedure manuals
- Attend Board Meetings
At Large Positons
- Chair/Serve on committees as appointed by the President
- Serve as a league coordinator/volunteer coordinator as appointed
- Attend Board Meetings
