Fee Structure 2016-2017

Fayetteville Soccer Club 2016-2017 Fee Structure


Once a player is selected and accepts a position to a FSC team, a financial commitment begins.  

Registration Fees                                                    

Registration fees are due at the time the player accepts a position on a team.  Players will not be registered with NCYSA until this fee is paid.  Players are not permitted to train with a team until they are registered.  Registration fees can be made in one payment (at time of accepting position) or in two payments (1/2 when accepting position and the remainder on June 15th).  

Registration fees include:

         NCYSA Fees (carding, bonds, intents to play, statisticians fees, risk management fees, etc.)

         JSC Field Maintenance and Administrative Support


Classic or Select Two Season Team                                     $375

Classic or Select One Season Team                                                            $300

Youth Academy-Two Season Program



Club Fees

Club fees are paid throughout the season.  Club fees that are not paid as scheduled will result in the player pass being pulled and $25 late fee will be applied to the payment.  Players will not be able to play without their player pass.  Club fees include:

         Coaching Salaries for Player Training and League Games during the season

         Coaching Education

         Director of Coaching Fees

         Goalkeeper Training Fees

  Technical Director Fees

         Referee Fees and Referee Assignor Fees for all League games

         JSC Field Maintenance and Administrative Support


Classic -Two Season Teams                $800/year

Classic - Single Season Teams                      $400/season  

Youth Academy $800/year




There are two options for club fee payment.  Please see the attached form for payments.  Payments are due on the 1st of the month.  

Club fees will be paid in four equal installments for a one season team and will be due on the first day of the month for the first four months of the five month season.  Your team manager will inform the team when your fees are due based on when your season starts.  Club fees will be paid in eight equal installments for a two season team and will be due on the first of the month for the following months (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr).  Club fees paid for a full season on the first payment will receive a 5% discount.  


Additional Training

In the event a team elects to have additional training beyond the 10 or 5 month periods specified above, there will an additional training fee for each player.  This fee will be based upon the number of training sessions held per month.  This fee will be collected by the team manager.


Uniform Cost

The cost of club uniforms is not included in the above fee schedule. Uniforms are purchased through the club at a discount from BSN Sports.  Uniforms are used for 2 consecutive years (this is based on manufacturing styles).  Our current uniform will be used for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. The basic kit includes home and away customized jerseys, shorts, and socks.  Players may also purchase a warm up suit, spirit wear and a backpack as optional items.

As the costs associated with tournaments and college showcases are variable and dependent upon individual teams, they are not included in the above fee schedule.  Tournament costs will be calculated by the Team Manager, who will collect a prorated amount from each family.


Payments are due to the club on the first of the month.  Invoices will be emailed to the email address provided to FSC during registration.  Online payments can be made using the online invoice.  Checks can be made out to Fayetteville Soccer Club and mailed to:

There is a $25 fee assessed to all returned checks.  If a check is returned, the player may not participate until the fees have been paid.  Only cash or a cashier check will be accepted.

Financial Aid Program

FSC offers a Financial Aid Program for players demonstrating financial need.  This program requires an application process and applications much be submitted every year.  Applicants need to understand that no one will receive a full scholarship and that all scholarship recipients will be required to fulfill volunteer hours.  All scholarships are partial and you will be expected to pay a monthly fee of some type to the club.  This monthly payment will be dependent upon the scholarship award.  The deadline for submitting applications for the 2016-2017 season is June 15, 2016.  Please note that even though someone has applied for a Financial Scholarship Award, the applicant is expected to make payments until they receive confirmation on their Scholarship.  If you can not make the full monthly payment, please contact FSC.

Registration fees will not be refunded unless a player is moving prior to the season starting.  There will be a $50 administrative fee applied to refunds.  The player will also be responsible for any costs that have been incurred as a result of registration (player pass fee, team fee, etc.).  Once the season begins, registration fees will not be refunded.  No exceptions.
