Andrew McCarthy, FSC Executive Director and Director of Coaching—U15-U18 Girls
Coach FSC Force Premier 93 Girls
License: USSF “F”
Better known in the soccer community as "Maca", this native of Middlesbrough, England. Andrew came to the United States in 1994 where he attended Campbell University. At Campbell, Andrew played for the Men’s Soccer team for four years where he achieved all conference recognition both athletically and academically. After his four years at Campbell he continued to attend the University and was the Assistant Soccer Coach while completing his Masters degree in Exercise Science. Andrew is now the Varsity Boys soccer Coach at the Fayetteville Academy, where he has won five state championships. He coached the '86 Force girls team to the final four in 2004.

Justin Terranova, Director of Coaching U10-U14 Boys
Coach: Youth Academy and FSC Force 92 Boys (NCYSA First Division)
License: USSF “A” and “Advanced National Diploma
Currently is the Head Coach of the Men's Soccer at Methodist University (NCAA D3).
Professionally was a member of the 1995 Nashville Metros of the Premier Division and 1996 Connecticut Wolves of the A-League
Joined the FSC in 2002. Prior to that he was the DOC at Chesapeake Soccer Club in Chesapeake, VA.

Bryan Madej Director of Coaching U15-U18 Boys
Coach: U11 FSC United Red and FSC Force Premier 90 Boys
License: USSF "B" and "NSCAA Advanced National Diploma"
Currently is Men's Assistant Coach at Methodist University
Joined FSC in 2002. Prior to that he had a successful career at MU where he received Dixie Intercollegiate Athletic All-Conference honors all four years. He was also named to the All-South second team by the NSCAA in 2000.
The 90 boys won the North Carolina State Championship, the Region III Championship and were the United States National Finalist in 2008.
